SIXBLX Creative Design & Photography (“SIXBLX”, “we”) is a creative studio based in Gqeberha, South Africa. We are responsible for the personal information you share through this website, and we handle it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

When you send a booking request or a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, artist or business name, project details, preferred deadline, and any reference files you upload.

Our server also records basic technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as request logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you book, and keep a record of our communication. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your enquiry is stored on our hosting server and is visible only to the SIXBLX team through a password-protected dashboard. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of your enquiry is sent through our email provider. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

We keep enquiries and files for as long as needed to complete the project and for reasonable record keeping afterwards, then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us through our contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Reference images and files you upload are used only for your project. Finished designs may be shown in the SIXBLX portfolio and on social media, as described in our terms and conditions.
